• What we collect: the details you type into a form, any file you upload, and the date and time you sent it.
• Why: to reply to you, to match buyers and sellers, and to keep the records the law requires for trade in hemp.
• Who sees it: the owners of Tillmark Sourcing, and the form and email providers that carry the message to us. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
• How long: enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 24 months. Deal records are kept for as long as tax and trade rules require.
• Your rights: write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you are in Switzerland or the EU, you also have the rights given by your local data-protection law.
